Inside Sales Administration 鍐呴儴閿€鍞鐞嗗憳
绔嬪嵆鎶曢€�We are looking for an Inside Sales Administration will provide support and assistance to Account Manager,
and work with operations, purchasing, quality and finance as requested and will be customer鈥檚 primary
point of contact for inside sales coverage and market development for all FDH products with assigned
accounts.

Responsibilities
Know, understand and incorporate the FDH philosophy, value and vision in all behavior, practice and decisions.
Work directly with customer on a regular basis, providing timely, appropriate and accurate response to inquiries and requests.
Maintain and develop new and existing FDH customers through professional and appropriate sales methods.
Source products when necessary based on FDH鈥檚 best practices.
Maximize sales at assigned accounts and develop new customers from sales leads work.
Maintain and manage assigned customer鈥檚 back order and follow up the whole supply chain process, including purchasing, warehouse and finance.
Work with other departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Attend and/or participate in external/internal customer or company meetings or sales/marketing events.
Basic data entry with accuracy, including sales order, sales quotes, vendor quotes and others.
Travel as required.
