51JOB’s “Employer Excellence of China” is a highly prestigious event focused on the evaluation of human resource management in China today. Companies were identified through an initial screening comprising hundreds of thousands of companies, and selected out 230 candidate companies this year which is followed by data collection and detailed analysis, combined with telephone and face-to-face interviews. We also compare and analyze the data from the candidates in the same industry. |

1. 人力资源典范企业的评选流程和标准是什么? |
评选设立"中国100典范雇主"和10个单项奖。“中国100典范雇主”将会从单项奖名单中产生。经过数月的甄选和初步评估,本届评选提名230家雇主为候选企业,我们将发送参选邀请。 所有参选的企业都须填写包含 ① 企业人力资源综合情况表,同时选择一个单项,填写单项案例,在8月31日前发送至hrawards@51job.com。 每一个奖项都设有评选标准,结合企业的人力资源综合情况、评审机构的意见。 |

2. 一家企业可以报名参加多个单项吗?获奖数量是否有限制? |
参选企业可以选择10个奖项中的一个奖项参加评比,企业也可以参加多个单项的评选和交流,但最终一家企业只能获选一个单项。 |

3. 谁可以看到企业的评选材料? |
前程无忧承诺,对企业提交的材料予以严格保密,除了项目组成员和评审机构相关人员外,不向第三方透露。 |
|
4. 参加评选的企业必须具备什么资格? |
截止至6月30日成立五年以上,正式雇员不少于1000人可报名参加。 |
